Falling Leaves
Abstractions A River
Falling Leaves: $400 This original piece measures approximately 14" x 18" (35.56cm x 45.72cm). It is made from batiked fabrics which have been machine pieced and fused to a white background. There are leaves fused to the surface of the piece which are also hand stitched around the edges. Each leaf has had veins drawn on to them to make them more realistic. There are also "shadow" leaves added to the large orange area across the bottom of the piece. This piece has been professionally framed and is ready to be hung. Abstractions: A River: $180 This original piece measures 17" x 13.5" (43.18cm x 34.29cm) and was done entirely by machine. It was made using both batiks and cottons. The top was sewn together as a whole and then fused to a background piece for stability. Green Sea Turtle: $400 This original piece measures approximately 22 1/2" x 14" (57.15cm x 35.56cm) was made using batiked fabric and incorporates both hand and machine sewing. The completed top was fused to a white background piece for stability. Each of these pieces is made to be matted, framed and hung on the wall for year around enjoyment.
